FINLAND LUCKY FOUR 1200

Official Les Randonneurs Mondiaux event in Jyväskylä, Finland.

Route 1200 km (four loops to different directions from Jyväskylä). Elevation ~13 000 m (rwgps shows too much)

Scandic hotel will be the base camp during the event. Every four loops will start and finish there. You can also participate only to the event without accommodation.
No participant limit, but accommodation will be arranged for the first ~25 riders (subject to change when I know how many will participate).

Entry fee is 20 EUR. See other registration options in the entry form. Registration deadline 1st of April with accommodation option and 1st of June without accommodation. Accommodation option will be billed after 1st of April (Paypal/bank transfer/MobilePay). In case of cancellation, full refund before 29th of April and 50% before 29th of May or free transfer to another rider before 20th of June.

Details and rules
-entry fee includes brevet card and medal
-the event will be fully self supported
-control points are gas stations or restaurants at every 100 km or so
-there will be around 20 km of gravel roads (rideable with road bike and 23mm tyres)
-no qualification, but at least 600 km brevet during 2024 is highly recommended
-no bag drop
-bikes can be stored in the underground garage at the hotel (or in the room if you ask nice 🙂 )
-wear a helmet
-lights (front and rear)
-there will be no event jersey, but hopefully we’ll have Randonneurs Finland order during spring (Cima Coppi or Kalas)
